At JÀE Hair, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, all sales are final.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

ELIGIBLE ISSUES
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

JÀE Hair is not responsible for improper installation, coloring, bleaching, cutting, chemical processing, or misuse of the hair after delivery.

CHARGEBACKS
Fraudulent chargebacks for successfully delivered products will be disputed with proof of shipment and delivery confirmation.
